The current education system has trapped the innovative and creative brain of young children into book back methodologies. Students are completely unaware of what they are studying & forget about why they are studying it.
Even after graduating, most students lack soft skills and practical knowledge, with the exception of those who attend top universities. A least miniscule of 2% of them tend to choose their course and college without any external influences like parents, teachers and friends. Most of them don’t even have the confidence in their dreams and those who have any of it lack the right guidance.
93% of students forsake their childhood dreams either while pursuing or after their UG either as they get misguided or distracted. Complaining won’t help anymore. LeadersDesk have come up with pragmatic solutions by giving awareness, guidance and confidence for such students.
