Student Life

Leaders Desk starts the process of crafting a Leader by identifying their skills and interest through necessary tests and counseling. We make sure that their parents are well aware about the skills of their children and let them pursue their dream

At Leaders Desk, the student gets to know about the vast opportunities especially for their skills and we suggest what and where the courses are available for the same. Within a year, they get a brief about the career related to their skill. Providing the students with free customized year-wise career plan for the next 5 years will nurture them and give a clarity towards achieving their dream.

We believe in action more than just statements. Leaders Desk make sure that the student gets enough exposure and opportunity to explore and exhibit their talents, thereby achieving his/her dream. We give them the power to voice out and create the opportunity that changes their entire life and career.

We are here to believe you. We will be a pillar that supports them for the next 5 years in their education.

Finally, we bring out the true Leader in them.

“When I completed my 12th std, I was confused and scared about my career because I didn’t know what to do. After that, I happened to see Dr. Samuel Churchill. Skillers program gave me more confidence and gave me a clear picture of my career. With the great support of my mentor Samuel Churchill, I have established Adaivom Sigaram, an organization where we provide soft skill training, personal grooming and career guidance for students at free of cost. ”

From childhood, I wanted to be an Airforce Officer and that’s why I took Aeronautical Engineering. I was misguided throughout my young age, even by my own teachers. Only after I finished my graduation, I came to know that I am not eligible for both combat and technical fields of the Airforce. If I came to know this by the right person at the right time, I would have pursued my passion which is Music soon after my 10th standard. What happened to me should not happen to other students, this Vision went parallel with LeadersDesk’s Vision. I can foresee Leaders Desk as a huge revolution in Education soon in the future. It’s a great privilege that I happen to be a small part of such a great organization.

I am Vaitheeshwaran. I am a middle class boy who is searching for a change in life with hope. I completed my schooling by going to part time jobs and I struggled for learning. The time I lost hope in studies, I met LeadersDesk. I met Sam anna he changed my thought and life. He gave hope and guided me to choose the course. Sam anna gave me scholarship deduction for my college fees. Now, I am working as intern in LeadersDesk and Sam anna gave an exposure about how a student should carry himself throughout his dreams. I pray to God that Sam anna and LeadersDesk reaches greater heights and more students should be benefited from LeadersDesk.

I joined LeadersDesk seven months ago as an unguided dreamer with many goals. I first met Saranya mam, a truly inspiring woman with a positive outlook at Codissia Educational Expo, who became my mentor now at LeadersDesk. I’m an IAS aspirant, but because of my family’s financial situation, I was confused on what course should I choose in college. Saranya mam and her team helped me to make the right decisions regarding both my academics and my passion. Later, they invited me to office and gave me a chance to join LD team. There, I got to meet Dr. Samuel Churchill, the inspirational founder of LeadersDesk, and gained much exposure related to my passion. Now I can proudly say that LeadersDesk is my team. Our goal towards creating Leaders will never be a passing cloud.

LeadersDesk is a great place to work because each day provides you an opportunity to learn something new. Happy to play a role as a trainer of the team which guides the youth and students to achieve their goals. Humbled to be amongst such incredibly talented people and I am thankful for the opportunity to contribute to the organization’s success.

I am a middle class engineering student, searching some hope in life. I got the spark when LeadersDesk came to our college for training. I was very much inspired by their Vision. One day LeadersDesk came to our college and I met Sam Sir and Saranya Mam in our college. I was impressed by their vision. I got an exposure about how a student should carry himself throughout his career. That was a life changing moment in my life. Currently I work as a part timer at LeadersDesk and I am determined that I would help many unguided students like me to achieve their ambition.

My internship time at Leaders Desk was very good and experiential, and I got a chance to learn how to actually work in the field. The Leaders Desk gave me guidance as well as an opportunity to share my ideas for helping students for their benefits and good career in their area of interest and skills. They taught me about work ethics, professionalism, multi tasking and how to communicate with different people. I would like to thank LeadersDesk for giving me this golden opportunity.

I was a school student who kept myself away from all the spotlights, because something stopped me. One fine day, an opportunity knocked my door, which was none other than LeadersDesk’s Skillers Program which boosted me to break all the obstacles on my way. Operation Skiller never stops, Skillers also shouldn’t. Everyone will get an opportunity, grab it properly like I did. Definitely LeadersDesk will pave the way for it. The word ‘Thanks’ is not enough to compliment the efforts of Sam Anna and his revolutionary team.

An year ago I attended LeadersDesk’s Skill Development Program in our college. Before that, I never knew whom I was. I identified that I have a hidden talent to be an RJ. Saranya Mam helped me join in AirMedia Institutions for RJ & VJ training at low cost. Now I am a VJ in a YouTube channel, COVAI JUNCTION and I am waiting to complete my degree so that I could attend RJ auditions soon. I owe it all to LeadersDesk.

It was an invaluable experience for me as an intern at LeadersDesk (Youth Foundation) during my internship training period. LeadersDesk team provided me a comfortable platform to develop positive attitude with a vision, interpersonal skills, work ethics, professionalism, time management skills and how to use our knowledge and skills for guiding students to enhance themselves in all aspects. Also, they gave us space to discuss our opinions and develop our ideas. I sincerely thank LeadersDesk for the opportunity given to me to undergo my training as an intern.

Meeting a great and good hearted person in our life in a right time is a rare moment. In context to that I got a good mentor and kind hearted brother when I was in the last semester of my PG studies and I had some great days to work with his vision on future education and development which is very much essential for today’s society. He is none other than Mr. Samuel Churchill who has great belief on himself in creating self believing students to overcome their lack of skills, financial dependency & lack of moral values. I’m proud to be a part of his vision.
