Cancellation & Return Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which clients of Leaders Desk Private Limited may cancel bookings for training programs, workshops, events, or consultations.
1. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to operations@leadersdesk.org with your booking reference number.
- 15 or more days before the program: Full cancellation with 100% refund.
- 7–14 days before the program: Cancellation permitted with 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the program: Cancellation permitted but no refund. Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
2. Cancellation by Leaders Desk
Leaders Desk Private Limited reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural events, insufficient enrolment, or facilitator unavailability. In such cases, clients will be offered:
- A full refund of the amount paid, or
- Rescheduling to the next available date at no additional cost.
3. No-Show Policy
If participants do not attend on the confirmed program date without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.
4. Return of Materials
As our services are primarily training and development programs delivered in-person or digitally, there are no physical goods to return. Any digital or printed training materials provided are non-returnable once distributed.
5. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a booking at least 5 business days before the program date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be done once per booking at no extra charge.
