Refund Policy

At Leaders Desk Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and development programs. We understand that circumstances may change and have established this Refund Policy to be fair to both our clients and our organisation.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:
- Program cancelled by Leaders Desk: A full refund will be issued if we cancel a scheduled program for any reason.
- Cancellation by client (15+ days before program date): 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation by client (7–14 days before program date): 50% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation by client (less than 7 days before program date): No refund. However, we may offer rescheduling at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Registration or booking fees marked as non-refundable at the time of payment.
- Costs already incurred for logistics, materials, and facilitator arrangements.
- Programs where the client has partially attended or commenced.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at operations@leadersdesk.org with your booking reference and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Rescheduling
As an alternative to a refund, clients may request to reschedule their program to a mutually agreed future date. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 business days before the original program date and are subject to availability.
5. Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please write to us at operations@leadersdesk.org. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
